Section 5A -- First Appeal​

(a) High Offence Court rulings appeal directly to the Crown Sovereign Court (Supreme Court).

(b) Low/Fine Offence rulings appeal to the High Offence Court.

Section 5B -- Final Appeal​

(a) The Crown Sovereign Court is the final authority for all criminal appeals.
