Article 2: Arrest and Charging​

Section 2A -- Arrest Warrants​

(a) Arrests for High Offences require judicial warrants unless exigent circumstances exist.

(b) Arrests for Low/Fine Offences may proceed without warrants if probable cause is documented.

Section 2B -- Charging Documents​

(a) Charges must specify the offence class (High, Low, or Fine) and corresponding court.
